IPSA Meeting on July 12

5. July 2007 10:00

The July meeting for the Internet Professionals Society of Alabama will be on Thursday, July 12th.  The meeting will be held from 12PM to 1PM at the McWane Science Center in downtown.  The presentation will be located in the Special Event Center on the 3rd floor.  There will be designated networking time from 11:30AM to 12PM prior to the beginning of the presentation.

Doug Turnure, a Developer Evangelist with Microsoft, will be presenting on Silverlight.  In case you haven't heard of Silverlight, it is a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for delivering rich interactive applications via the web.  Knowing Doug, it will be an informative session.  It will be a great opportunity to learn about this recently released technology and how it can be leveraged for your environment.

You are encouraged to RSVP if you would like to attend.  Refer to the user group website for complete details.

I'll see you there.
