I noticed that Microsoft is offering free eLearning courses for most of the .NET 3.0 stack. It includes WPF, WCF, and WF. Each course is about two hours. I'm not sure how deep these clinics go into the material, but I imagine it is primarily at an introductory level.
In the past, I have seen Microsoft occasionally offer this sort of thing. I cannot vouch for the quality because I have never used them. However, I have spoken to several people that found them to be useful. So, I thought I would pass it along in case someone was interested. Besides, you can't complain when it's free.
